I’ve been hearing a lot about CBD mushroom coffee and how it supposedly blends the calming effects of CBD with the focus-enhancing properties of medicinal mushrooms like lion’s mane and reishi. I’m curious if anyone here has personal experience with it.
Does it actually help with stress relief and mental clarity without causing drowsiness? Also, how does the taste compare to regular coffee? Does it still give that satisfying morning kick? I’m considering swapping it into my routine, so I’d love to hear your thoughts, benefits, or even downsides.
