Made a little treat for my desk today, a Pull Out Boxes out box and tray! Aneela is such a talented lady and her patterns are just awesome. I figured since I’ll be traveling next week for my Nido workshop, that the small pull out box would be perfect for stashing goodies. I can’t decide though if I want to use it for sewing stuff or just in my bag. I did figure out that it’s the perfect size for my Clover binder clips. Decisions. The large tray is destined to corral my thread on my sewing desk.

I love making little projects like this, and I really could spend days making more of these guys. In ALL the fabric combos.
I wish I would have taken a teensy bit more time and focused on getting my topstitching just right on the handles. This side looks best, but I’m just gonna hide the other side for now. I should know better, but sometimes I guess you just have to chalk it up to yet another learning experience.
Anyway, the pattern is clear and easy to follow. Get ready to bust out your hand sewing needle a bit and you’ll be all set!
