Hey there! Passing through the British Airways LHR Terminal was an experience. Quick and simple to use were the check-in terminals. The line moved quickly, and the security guards were well-trained. The range of duty-free shops was enjoyable, and it was easy to find a quiet place to relax. Both the boarding process and the BA crew were professional and kind. My only complaint was a small delay in suitcase retrieval when I got there. Despite this, the terminal is both attractive and functional. A solid 4.5 out of 5 is how I would rank it. In the near future, I will definitely fly with British Airways again from Heathrow.
