I had an unexpectedly easy ride from the Alaska Airlines MSP Terminal. I got to Terminal 1 early, and I had no trouble finding the Alaska check-in desk. The staff was friendly and addressed all of my inquiries. I was airside in fifteen minutes, and security queues were easy to handle. Concourse E's waiting area was roomy, well-equipped, and offered a variety of tasty food options. I liked the quiet environment and free Wi-Fi. Overall, even during a busy travel season, flying from the Alaska Airlines MSP Terminal seemed simple and pleasurable.
