Hello, In order to address a missing baggage issue, I went to the United Airlines Amsterdam Office In Netherlands last week. Although initially tense, the staff was composed, extremely effective, and professional. They promised that my suitcase will be delivered within 24 hours, tracked it, submitted the report, and it did! They even called to confirm delivery, and the follow-up was superb. I was truly taken care of. It greatly eased a difficult situation. The office staff at United is excellent if you need assistance while in Amsterdam. Without a certain, I would advise going there in person.
