I was pleasantly surprised by the Delta Airlines San Francisco Office. When I went to address a last-minute flight cancellation, I received prompt, courteous assistance. The service went above and above to help me upgrade my seat and rebook me on the following flight that became available. It was all done with a grin and professionalism. It was a huge comfort in a time of stress. The individualized care was very appreciated, and I would most certainly use the Delta SFO office once more in the future. Very good airline service!
