Hello, I wanted to commend the Delta Airlines Frankfurt Office for their excellent service after just returning from a trip. Due to a family issue, I had to change my ticket at the last minute, and they responded promptly and empathetically. In order to find me the best route without going over budget, the agent went above and above. It seemed personal rather than like I was being forced through a procedure. That's why I continue to choose Delta. This office is unquestionably the place to go if you're in Frankfurt and need assistance with anything Delta-related.
