My interaction with the KLM Airlines Tokyo Office was excellent. The personnel were exceedingly cordial, competent, and productive. Due to an unforeseen change in my plans, they patiently assisted me in rescheduling my travel and even provided excellent guidance on baggage allowance and seat selection. Travelers found the office to be comfortable and well-organized. Their prompt service and unambiguous communication in both Japanese and English were greatly appreciated.
