I went to the Air New Zealand Denver Office with my companions to make reservations for a group flight to Auckland. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Regarding information on flight schedules, seating assignments, and even what to do when we arrived, the staff was polite, amiable, and incredibly knowledgeable. We didn't have to wait long, and the office itself was tidy and comfortable. Speaking with real individuals who genuinely cared was enjoyable. Everything was simple, and I would strongly advise people to use this office.
