Hello there! I recently flew with United Airlines out of Madrid, and the experience at th United Airlines MAD Terminal was honestly smooth and stress-free. The check-in counters were simple to find, and the staff were super friendly. Although it was a hectic afternoon, the lines moved efficiently, and the crew remained calm and friendly. Security was well-run, and there were ample signs to direct you. I also enjoyed the lounge access—it was quiet, clean, and the ideal place to unwind before a long flight. Overall, I departed impressed with how streamlined the United Airlines. Would highly recommend flying through here again if you're flying back to the States!
