Hello! Just returned from a trip and wanted to let you know how much I loved my time at the Southwest Airlines JFK Terminal. Every step of the way from when I got there, it was stress free. The people were pleasant, baggage was checked quickly, and I had time to unwind prior to boarding. I travel quite a bit for business, and this truly was one of the most relaxing airport experiences I've ever had. There were plenty of power stations available, and I did manage to accomplish a bit of work in a quiet corner of the terminal. Boarding was well organized and punctual, which is always a plus. Huge thanks to the Southwest crew —you're doing a great job!
