Hello, Turkish Airlines MCT Terminal is top-notch when it comes to ground handling and baggage services. On a long-haul flight, I was glad to find my luggage already on the carousel by the time I arrived at baggage claim. The terminal design allowed me to easily walk from the gate to the baggage area without getting confused. What struck me most was the availability of courteous ground staff, willing to assist passengers with lost luggage forms and oversize bags. I witnessed one staff member go out of their way to assist a family in rewrapping a damaged bag with protective film—unasked for. The signs and monitors made it easy to follow baggage, and I liked how clean and tidy the area was. Even the trolleys were spotless and in the right place. Good ground service is not something passengers appreciate until something goes wrong—but in this case, everything went like clockwork. Turkish Airlines clearly spent some money on good-quality service at MCT, and it's worth it.
