They assisted me in sorting out my checked bags efficiently and issued my boarding pass promptly. The terminal is simple to use, reducing stress before my long trip. The Norse attendants at the gate explained the boarding process clearly. They even permitted special need travelers and families to board ahead of everyone else, which was great. While the space itself isn't as sleek as some others, it is clean and peaceful, and Norse Atlantic's presence is very well controlled. Boarding on time, the ground experience overall was relaxed and efficient. Highly recommend if traveling transatlantic.
