I had a wonderful experience on my international flight from Chicago. Excellent assistance for international tourists was provided by the United Airlines ORD Terminal which included effective customs processing and multilingual signs. The well-trained check-in personnel swiftly walked me through the document verification procedure. The terminal's layout was also quite well-organized, making it simple to find everything from TSA PreCheck lanes to currency exchange booths. There were good food selections and cozy seats for long delays in the international gate area. Even the international flight's boarding procedure was efficient and well-run. Before boarding, I had plenty of room to unwind and charge my electronics. At every touchpoint, the personnel were helpful, kind, and professional. I highly suggest using Terminal 1 at O'Hare if you're on a long-haul flight with United.
