Hello, For me, going to the Emirates Airlines Dubai Office in UAE was a wise choice. I needed in-person assistance because I was a little confused about my Skywards miles. The staff helped me log into my account, guided me through the application with patience, and even demonstrated ways to improve my use of the app. They were actually helpful, even though I wasn't expecting such particular attention for a loyalty program concern. Staff members that are so understanding of frequent flyer inquiries are hard to come by. Bravo to the Emirates crew! I keep flying with them because of their excellent service.
