Hi, Flying with Aeromexico Airlines Haneda Airport was smooth sailing from the beginning. I got there three hours prior to departure, and the check-in counters were open already with excellent signage in English, Spanish, and Japanese. The personnel were friendly, very efficient, and extremely accommodating, even going as far as to help me modify my seat preference without any problems. The check of my bags and issuance of my boarding pass was fast — less than 15 minutes. Haneda Airport security and immigration also processed fast, allowing me sufficient time to visit the amenities of the terminal. The accessibility of Haneda made it convenient to go to it from my hotel in central Tokyo using the Keikyu Line. Overall, Aeromexico's ground services at Haneda were excellent and well-organized, demonstrating their good customer care and making traveling internationally much less stressful. I would happily fly with them again from Haneda Airport due to this seamless beginning to my trip.
