Hello, Flying with United Airlines London Stansted Airport was pleasantly easy. I got there a little early, not knowing if I could handle a U.S. airline in a UK regional airport, but check-in was well-organized and efficient. The employees were friendly, patient, and only too happy to deal with queries regarding the baggage allowance. The lounge was small but comfortable enough to relax in prior to boarding. Security lines were efficient, and signs were easy to read. Gate agents at United boarded professionally and kept us posted without hurrying. My transatlantic flight left on schedule, and I liked that the airline provided complimentary drinks and attentive crew service. It's pleasant to see United flying smoothly out of Stansted, particularly for those who live outside central London and prefer a Heathrow alternative. I would certainly fly again with United Airlines for domestic travel.
